Entry # 1 for my Name the Character contest! A little backstory here...
Farah's a nobleman's daughter, trying to get out of her country undetected because of some turmoil there, and it's easier for boys to get around unaccompanied than girls. She binds and goes as Faraj when disguised. Naturally, she's a fire wielder. Magic is relatively rare in her country, and those who tend to cultivate theirs are the ones who can learn to locate water or help plants flourish. In a land already so hot, Fire is a danger, and really of relative little use, save in combat. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
